What gets extracted
- Instruction and AWB references
- Shipper, consignee and issuing agent
- Origin, destination and requested flight
- Pieces, gross and expected chargeable weight
- Handling and dangerous-goods information
- Signature and date evidence
Deterministic checks
Computed in code — the AI never does the math.
- Airport-code format
- AWB reference arithmetic where applicable
- SLI-to-AWB party and route matching
- Piece and gross-weight reconciliation
How it works
- 1Upload or photograph the document — pages are compressed on your device.
- 2Review the extracted fields; deterministic checks flag anything suspicious.
- 3Export to Excel, CSV or JSON, or generate the counterpart document.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as ocean shipping instructions?
No. The air SLI uses airports, flight requests, air handling and AWB references; it is classified separately.
Can it create an official AWB?
No. It prepares and checks the source data; the airline or authorized issuing agent remains responsible for the official AWB.
